ANNULAR CUTTER

Annular cutter is one of the abrasive tools whose use depends on the specific application and drilling requirements.Because the structure of the core drill is hollow, during the drilling process, the debris and waste in the hole can be removed through the hole in the center of the drill bit, so as to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the hole. Annular cutter are commonly used in construction and civil engineering, oil exploration, geological exploration, etc.

In general, annular cutter need to be used together with drilling machines such as electric drills/drill bit base plates, and the specific usage methods are as follows:

1. Confirm the drilling position, select the appropriate size hollow drill and the corresponding base plate.
2. Install the base plate on the electric drill and insert the core drill into the center hole of the base plate.
3. Adjust the speed of the electric drill/bottom plate to ensure that it is suitable for the specification and material of the hollow drill.
4. Gently push the core drill down into the workpiece and start drilling.

5. When drilling is complete, stop the drill and carefully remove the core drill from the workpiece.
